Dogs and dog-lovers came out in droves recently for Boom Towne Canine Campus’ on Beaver Creek Road in Farmington for the second annual Fido Fest, featuring Victoria Stilwell, celebrity dog trainer and television host of Animal Planet’s “It’s Me or the Dog.”
